A Freeride Journey in Türkiye
Marcin “Banan” Matuszny shares his freeride adventure through Türkiye, starting with the legendary Sky to Sea race on Tahtalı Dağı. Together with photographer Przemek and local rider Alimer, he explores wild lines, hits road gaps, and rides rough mountain trails all the way down to the sea. After a week of training and racing, Matuszny takes first place in his hardtail category. The crew then heads to the magical region of Cappadocia, where they ride at sunrise among surreal rock formations as hundreds of hot-air balloons rise into the sky. The article is a visual tribute to Türkiye’s mountains, hospitality, and raw natural beauty—showcasing freeride freshly and unexpectedly.
