High-end enduro wheelsets with Dartmoor Thunder aluminum rims. Our welded Thunder rims proved to be among the strongest alu rims on the market in the past two years. With a wide welded profile and tubeless-ready construction, they are perfect for large-volume tires up to 2.6".
Wheels are equipped with our new Reel Expert hubs dedicated to straight-pull spokes. The rear hub uses also new 108 engagement points freehub system with a bigger pawls/ratchet ring design and one more bearing added in the freehub body for the increased strength necessary when used in the modern 12-speed drivetrains with wide-range cassettes. Twenty-eight Pillar straight-pull triple butted 2.2/1.7/2.0 spokes are used in Thunder wheels for a perfect balance between strength and weight necessary for enduro and trail applications.
The rear wheels are equipped with SRAM XD freehubs. Available as spare parts are also regular Shimano-type and Shimano Microspline-type freehubs.
